Certification and permits
Product certification for imports from China
We clarify product requirements before dispatch, help prepare source documents and coordinate the certification, declaration or permit process required for the destination market.

Service overview
Compliance requirements should be checked early
Different product categories follow different conformity-assessment rules. Requirements depend on use, composition, specifications, classification, manufacturer and destination market, so there is no universal document list for every shipment.
We help structure the technical description, identify potentially applicable requirements and coordinate with specialist organizations. Certificates and declarations are issued only by authorized bodies and applicants under the relevant procedure.
When it fits
When a preliminary review is important
A new product or manufacturer is being introduced.

Questions and answers
Certification questions
01How do I know whether certification is required?
The product must be identified by function and specifications, then checked against its classification and applicable technical regulations. The invoice name alone is not enough.
02Can a Chinese supplier certificate be used?
Manufacturer documents are valuable source materials, but they do not always replace the conformity evidence required in the destination market.
03Are product samples required?
That depends on the assessment form and scheme. The need, quantity and import procedure for samples are determined for the specific product.
04When should preparation begin?
Before dispatch and preferably before placing a large order, so labeling, documents and potential testing do not hold a finished shipment.
Clarify product requirements?
Send the description, photos, composition and proposed HS code so we can define the inputs for a preliminary review.
